Professor Sir Alimuddin Zumla is Professor of Infectious Diseases and International Health at University College London and a Consultant in Infectious Diseases at University College London Hospitals, with an honorary consultant role at the Royal Free Hospital and a UK NIHR Senior Investigator award.

Education & training: Trained in Zambia and the UK with postgraduate research at leading London institutions, developing expertise in tuberculosis, respiratory infections and global health.
