Mr Olagunju (Gunju) Ogunbiyi MBBS MD FRCS is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon within the Royal Free London network, practising across Barnet Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital and associated sites, with a high-volume laparoscopic and endoscopy practice.

Education & training: UK surgical training with higher degrees (MD) and fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons; accredited endoscopist with comprehensive training in colonoscopy, OGD and flexible sigmoidoscopy.

Clinical interests: Laparoscopic colorectal surgery for cancer and benign disease, proctology, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and general surgical conditions including hernia and gallbladder disease.

Research, teaching & leadership: Active contributor to service audit, regional outcomes reporting and multidisciplinary education for referrers and trainees.

Service & systems: Delivers imaging- and endoscopy-led one-stop pathways with shared decision-making, enhanced recovery and safety-net follow-up across network hospitals.
