Mr Jonathan Joseph BSc(Hons) MBBS DOHNS FRCS(ORL-HNS) is a Consultant Rhinologist, ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon at University College London Hospitals, where he is Clinical Lead for Paediatric ENT and the trust lead for sinonasal cancer, with a specialist practice in complex nose and sinus disease and functional–aesthetic septorhinoplasty.

Education & training: Graduated in medicine from the Royal Free & University College Medical School in 2004 with an intercalated BSc in Human Genetics in 2001, completed higher surgical training in otolaryngology and fellowship-level rhinology and facial plastics before appointment as consultant at UCLH in 2017.

Clinical interests: Chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal obstruction and septal deviation, extended endoscopic sinus surgery and skull-base interfaces, septorhinoplasty and complex nasal reconstruction, and multidisciplinary management of sinonasal malignancy.

Research, teaching & leadership: Clinical Lead for Paediatric ENT at UCLH since 2021, lead surgeon for sinonasal cancer, regular faculty on rhinology and facial-plastics courses, and contributor to outcomes-based service evaluation.

Service & systems: Runs imaging-integrated, navigation-guided rhinology pathways with shared decision-making, PROMs such as SNOT-22 and structured follow-up linking paediatric and adult services.

Selected publications & contributions: Educational outputs and invited talks on sinonasal oncology, complex septorhinoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery.
