Dr Dinesh Kumar is a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist with more than 20 years of clinical experience across Australia, the NHS and the independent sector, with a practice that spans ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD and mood disorders.

Education & training: Specialist training in General Adult Psychiatry with membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and longstanding NHS consultant roles including Early Intervention in Psychosis services.

Clinical interests: Adult ADHD assessment and titration, anxiety and trauma-related disorders (including PTSD and phobias), bipolar spectrum disorders and sleep and stress problems, using evidence-based pharmacological and psychological approaches.

Service & systems: Runs structured, outcomes-tracked clinics with comprehensive diagnostic work-ups, shared decision-making and collaborative aftercare with therapy teams and primary care.

Teaching & outreach: Regular contributor to patient education on ADHD and anxiety management and to service audits focused on access and safety in community psychiatry.
