Mr Pal Ramesh is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist practice in foot and ankle disorders at OneWelbeck Orthopaedics, with longstanding NHS experience at Kingston Hospital.

Education & training: Completed higher surgical training in the South East Thames Deanery including Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals, followed by a dedicated foot and ankle fellowship in Preston/Chorley; entered the UK Specialist Register in 2005 and was appointed Consultant at Kingston Hospital the same year.

Clinical interests: Minimally invasive and open correction of bunions and lesser toe deformity, forefoot and midfoot reconstruction, sports injuries, ankle arthroscopy, tendon and ligament repair, joint replacement and fusion, and adjuvant therapies such as Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy.

Research, teaching & leadership: Ongoing quality-improvement and outcomes audit in foot and ankle surgery; contributor to patient and referrer education through hospital and clinic programmes.

Service & systems: Runs imaging-led one-stop assessment and day-case pathways with structured rehabilitation and outcome tracking, aligning private pathways with NHS governance standards.
