Education & training: MBBS BSc(Hons) from The London Hospital Medical College (1989), general surgical training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, and neurosurgical training in North London centred at Queen Square, followed by consultant posts at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and subsequently NHNN.
