Professor Caroline M. Moore MD FRCS(Urol) is Professor of Urology at UCL and a Consultant Urologist at UCLH, the UK’s first woman appointed Professor of Urology, with a career spanning photodynamic therapy and MRI-guided prostate-cancer care.

Research & trials: Early RCS research fellow in photodynamic therapy; led trials in diagnostics and focal treatment and published seminal work on MRI for treatment response.

Clinical interests: MRI-targeted biopsy, focal therapy, active surveillance and shared-decision support for localised prostate cancer.

Teaching & leadership: International mentor for image-guided prostate-cancer management.
