Professor Anna David is Professor of Obstetrics & Maternal-Fetal Medicine at UCL and a Consultant at UCLH’s Fetal Medicine Unit.

Education & training: UK O&G training with subspecialty accreditation in maternal-fetal medicine, doctoral research in prenatal therapies for congenital disease.

Clinical interests: Fetal diagnosis and therapy, complex pregnancies with structural or genetic anomalies, and fetal growth restriction.

Research, teaching & leadership: Director within the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Institute for Women’s Health; leads programmes developing prenatal therapies and outcome-driven fetal care.

Service & systems: MDT pathways linking fetal medicine, genetics, neonatology and surgery for seamless perinatal care.

Selected publications & contributions: Extensive peer-reviewed output and international lectures in fetal therapy and high-risk obstetrics.
