Professor Mohamed A. Imam MD PhD FRCS(Tr&Orth) is a fellowship-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in shoulder, elbow and upper limb surgery with an extensive sports-injury and complex trauma practice at The Lister Hospital and across London.
Education & training: Completed national and international upper-limb fellowships following specialist training and holds higher degrees including a PhD and postgraduate sports-medicine qualifications.
Clinical interests: Arthroscopic stabilisation for shoulder instability, rotator cuff repair and reconstruction, biceps and labral injury, elbow arthroscopy, tendon and nerve conditions, and primary and revision shoulder and elbow replacement.
