Experienced limb reconstruction and shoulder/elbow consultant.

Mr Joydeep Sinha is a senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at London Bridge Orthopaedics and at King's College Hospital, specialising in shoulder and upper-limb surgery with extensive experience in arthroscopic and replacement procedures.

Education & training: UK surgical and orthopaedic training culminating in FRCS(Orth), with early consultant appointment at King's and subsequent high-volume subspecialist practice in shoulder and elbow surgery.

Clinical interests: Arthroscopic (keyhole) stabilisation for shoulder instability, rotator-cuff repair and reconstruction, shoulder arthroplasty, elbow arthroscopy and management of sports injuries and upper-limb trauma.

Research, teaching & leadership: Regular faculty and invited speaker on shoulder and elbow surgery; contributor to multicentre audit and service-improvement work across upper-limb pathways.

Service & systems: Runs MDT-embedded pathways integrating advanced imaging, day-case arthroscopy and structured rehabilitation with outcome measurement and PROMS.

Selected publications & contributions: Peer-reviewed outputs and professional education on shoulder instability, cuff disease and arthroplasty outcomes.
